أفضل الذكر لا إله إلا الله
Al-Habib Rasulullah ﷺ said:
أفضل ماقلت أنا والنبيون من قبلي: لا اله الا الله.
The best which I have said (Ziker), Me and those Prophets and Messengers (Peace be upon them) before me is:
لا اله الا الله
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا
اللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا
O believers, remember Allah ﷻ abundantly, the more you recite, Allah ﷻ will give you more blessings, and bring you back from the darknesses to the light. The Darknesses of thinking, to the light of clear thinking, darknesses of narrowing of our heart, to extend our heart and our thinking, narrowing of life (trouble of life), Ziker (remembering Allah ﷻ) is the solution.
Abu Hurairah RA said, that Rasulullahﷺ said: whoever said there is no God, But Allah ﷻ He is alone, has no partners, to Him belongs nomination and all praise, and He is all-powerful over everything, 100 times in a day (at least 100 times a day) He shall have the reward equivalent to freeing 10 slaves.
Meaning, when you go to the slaves market, in that time called slaves market, but when Islam came, became no slavery at all, no slavish, everyone should be free. To give freedom to a person looks like you are giving him a new life, so if you say 100 times:
لا اله الا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، وهوه على شيء قدير
Looks like you have freed 10 slaves for the sake of
Allah ﷻ, the reward of it, How great Reward is that!.

Al Quran আল কুরআন
{وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ ۚ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولَٰئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْئُولًا} [الإسراء : 36]
যে বিষয়ে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নেই, তার পিছনে পড়ো না। নিশ্চয় কান, চক্ষু ও অন্তঃকরণ এদের প্রত্যেকটিই জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে। (সূরা আল ইসরা-৩৬)
And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart – about all those [one] will be questioned. (Sura Al Isra-36)
Hadith হাদিস
রাসুলুল্লাহ (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) ৩ ধরনের বন্ধু বেছে নিতে বলেছেনঃ
১। যার কথা আপনার জ্ঞান বৃদ্ধি করে,
২। যার উপস্থিতি আপনাকে আল্লাহর কথা স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়,
৩। যার কাজকর্ম আপনাকে আখিরাতের কথা মনে করিয়ে দেয়।
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to choose three types of friends:
1. The words of which increase your knowledge,
2. Whose presence reminds you of Allah,
3. Whose work reminds you of the Hereafter.
